Chicken and Potatoes
Lay the chicken upside down on a sprayed oven roasting pan, add peeled, cubed potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and a little water. Toss it and cook in the oven at 350* F uncovered for 45 minutes. Flip chicken over on the other side, mix the potatoes and continue cooking for another 45 minutes, uncovered.
